Richards 15, Stagg 0: Hannah Jenkins (4-for-4, two doubles, RBI), Kristina Apato (2-for-3) and Brianna LeBeau (3-for-3, three-run homer) powered No. 1 Richards (18-0).

Elk Grove 12, Buffalo Grove 2: Dani Goranson had eight strikeouts and gave up for hits in the win for No. 6 Elk Grove (12-3). She was also 2-for-3 with one double.

Marian Catholic 4, Bishop McNamara 3: In seven innings pitched, Haley Earl (8-2), gave up five hits, three runs (one earned) and walked three to earn the win for No. 9 Marian Catholic (14-4, 5-0 East Suburban Catholic).

Benet 10, Nazareth 1: Julieanna Rurka (2-for-3, one triple, two runs scored, three RBI) led the way for No. 10 Benet (15-2, 3-0 East Suburban Catholic).

Fremd 5, Hoffman Estates 0: Michelle Mazur and Megan Hubbard had one home run apiece to lead No. 12 Fremd (15-3).

Antioch 17, Round Lake 1: Katie Phillips had three strikeouts in two innings pitched to pick up the win for Antioch (11-7). She also had a three-run homer. A,ber Mysliwiec (2-for-4, five RBI) and Sage Keyes (2-for-2, one home run, three RBI) helped in the offensive onslaught, too.

Chicago Christian 15, Aurora Christian 0: Beckie DeRuiter struck out six in a complete game for Chicago Christian (12-7, 6-2 Private School League). She was also 2-for-4 with two RBI. Ashley Quinlan helped out as well, going 3-for-4 with two runs scored and one RBI.

Conant 10, Barrington 0: Rachel O'Malley was 2-for-4 with two RBI.

Evergreen Park 21, Bloom 9: Carolyn Roberts (3-0) was the winning pitcher for Evergreen Park (14-4, 8-2 South Suburban Red). She also had two RBI and three hits. Jenna Haase (3-for-4, one double, five RBI) and Tori Senerchia (2-for-4, four RBI) aided the offensive attack.

Fenwick 7, Oak Park-River Forest 0: Jessica Mrozek struck out four and gave up five hits en route to picking up the win for Fenwick (7-3). Maggie Horn (2-for-3, two RBI) and Alex Tomasek (2-for-4, two RBI) led the way behind the plate.

Glenbard West 5, Hinsdale Central 0: Taylor Langtry (8-3) had 11 strikeouts and gave up two hits in a complete game for Glenbard West. Jacklyn Tyburk (3-for-4, two RBI) and Julia Waggoner (2-for-5, one run scored) led the offensive attack.

Grayslake Central 9, Johnsburg 3: Jamie Brew was 1-for-5 with two runs scored, one home run and one RBI.

Grayslake North 7, Hampshire 0:
Kristina Gandy had 13 strikeouts and gave up one hit to lead Grayslake North.

Homewood-Flossmoor 20, Reavis 4: Haley Gibbons (3-for-4, two-run homer, four RBI) and Katlyn Shereyk (3-for-4, three-run homer) powered Homewood-Flossmoor.

Leyden 10, Proviso East 0: Morgan Maize struckout 13 and held Proviso East hitless in the win for Leyden (13-4).

Lincoln-Way East 9, Oak Forest 3: Alexis Huss was 3-for-3 with three RBI to help push Lincoln-Way East.

Lincoln-Way North 21, Eisenhower 0: Kirsten Iversen had 13 strikeouts and gave up one hit in five innings of work for Lincoln-Way North. She was also 3-for-4 with one home run, one double and four RBI.

Lisle 3, Seneca 2: Melanie Early (7-1) pitched a complete game for Lisle (7-2, 3-2 Interstate Eight), finishing with 13 strikeouts, giving up five hits and two runs scored. She was also 3-for-3 with three RBI.

Luther North 5-13, Rockford Christian 4-3: January Hammerburg was 3-for-3 in Game 1, and Caitlyn Wheeler had one home run and two triples in Game 2 to lead Luther North.

Lyons 15, Proviso West 0: Marissa Pater pitched for five innings to pick up the win for Lyons (7-6).

Minooka 3, Andrew 2: Sara Novak (5-2) had 10 strikeouts in a complete game for Minooka (10-4), surrendering two hits and two runs. She was also 2-for-3 with two runs scored.

Plainfield East 8, Bolingbrook 1: Annie Molek struck out eight and gave up two hits in six innings of work for Plainfield East. She was also 2-for-4 behind the plate.

Sandburg 3, Queen of Peace 0: Amanda Burns threw a complete game shutout for Sandburg (8-5), finishing with 12 strikeouts, giving up five walks and two hits. She was 2-for-3 with two-run homer, and Candace Koch was 2-for-3 with one double and one run scored.

Taft 12, Amundsen 2: Kyra Vidas gave up two hits in five innings pitched for Taft (7-6, 3-2 Red North). Lety Rosales was 2-for-2 with four RBI.
