Conant 2, Buffalo Grove 0: Star Courtney Raetzman scored twice in registering her 16th and 17th goals of the year for the No. 5 Cougars (10-1, 7-1 Mid-Suburban West). Haley Anderson had five saves in posting the shut out over the No. 18 Bison. Leah Celarek and Sammie van de Linde added assists.
Barrington 1, Elk Grove 0: Elli Ackermann scored the game-winner for the No. 10 Fillies (8-3, 7-0 Mid-Suburban West) over the No. 15 Grenadiers.
Hersey 3, Rolling Meadows 1: Sophomore star Lauren Gierman blasted in two goals to lead the No. 16 Huskies (11-3-2).
Prospect 6, Hoffman Estates 0: Kellli Iovino and Jesse Petrovski scored two goals apiece for the Knights (6-5-2).
Benet 3, Nazareth 2, 2 OT: Amanda Kaiser, Colleen Lewellyan and Madie Burke scored as the Redwings (9-3-1, 3-1-1 East Suburban Catholic) handed the Roadwinners (13-1) their first loss of the year.
Bogan 7, Chicago Richards 2: The Bengals' Bianca Sosa continued her scoring onslaught with five goals. Michelle Reyes and Karina Flores also scored a goal each for the Bengals (13-0, 9-0 2nd Division South).
Lane 9, Von Steuben 1: Junior foward Jasmin Carrera scored six goals as the two-time defending city champion Indians (9-3, 4-0 Premier) won their 30th consecutive conference game.
Kelly 5, Brooks 1: Rosa Loina scored two goals in leading the Trojans (6-3-1, 4-1 2nd Division).
Latin 1, Taft 0: Clarisse Casalini scored the lone goal on a penalty kick as the Romans (7-0-1) remained unbeaten. Gabby Dago posted the shut out.
Morton 2, Plainfield South 0: Brianna Kefka scored a goal and added an assist to lead the Mustangs (7-3-2). Rachel Kecirck also scored a goal.
Young 4, Curie 0: Four different scored for the Dolphins (7-5-3). Mia Espino, Amelia Rockhold, Esme Kline, and Maggie Kindra each tallied a goal.

Antioch 4, Waukegan 1: Mikayla Abbeduto scored two goals and Erica Slack and Brittany Kelly contributed a goal each for the Sequoits. Alex Fracek added two assists.
Lakes 3, Grayslake North 2, PK: Leah Baker and Mickaela Brown scored a goal each for the host Eagles (6-3-1).

Maine West 2, Resurrection 1: Joanne Stanfa and Shannon Sullivan scored a goal each for the Warriors.
Niles West 4, Willowbrook 0: Vicki Tirovolas and Molly Kleppin each scored a goal and added an assist for the host Wolves (6-5-1).
