Marist 82, Simeon 30: 13 points from Claire Ryan, and 12 points apiece from JeTaun Rouse and Leah Bolton, helped No. 3 Marist (18-0) remain undefeated.
Bogan 65, Hyde Park 28: The Bengals (12-7, 6-0 Windy City Central) were sparked by Jasmine Harris's 20 points. China Davis chipped in with 11 points.
Cristo Rey 35, Topeyac 7: Suzie Alamadaz's 12 points helped Cristo Rey (10-6, 5-2 Chicago Prep) to the easy victory.
Curie 48, Dunbar 29: Curie (16-5, 10-1 Chicago Central) got key contributions from Caelynn Manning-Allen (17 points, nine rebounds) and Kezancia Duckworth (13 points) en route to the win.
DuSable 64, King 53: DuSable got a huge game from Dianne Sales, who finished with 32 points and seven rebounds. Djanae Reed aslo added 12 points.
Kennedy 40, Hubbard 24: Kennedy (7-2) got 10 points from Abby Soriano, and eight points from Dabayna Gibson, on the way to the win.
Lincoln Park 54, Steinmetz 35: Jasmine Williams (16 points) and Amber Witherspoon (10 points) led the way for Lincoln Park (8-5, 5-0 Windy City North).
Maria 37, Josephinum 34: LaNaisa Lee turned in a solid 27-point performance in the victory for the Mystics (4-13).
Morgan Park Academy 30, Elgin Acad. 25: 12 points apiece from Kelly Sorfleet and Isabelle Panozzo helped Morgan Park Academy (5-8) to the win.
Payton 46, Sullivan 28: Payton (13-3, 10-1 Chicago North) picked up the win behind a strong outting by Olivia Jones (27 points, 11 rebounds).
Phillips 67, Jones 43: Solid performances by Takyah Davis (12 points, eight rebounds) and Alicia Lesure (10 points, six rebounds) helped lead Phillips (15-5) to the victory.
Robeson 46, Raby 43: Nkieta Garlington led the Raiders with 18 points in the win over Raby.
Taft 75, Roosevelt 35: Anna Gawlik's 15 points led the way for Taft (18-3, 10-1 Chicago North).
