Downers North 43, Glenbard West 28: Star Trojans' guard Mary Echemann scored 20 points to power the victory.
Downers South 54, Leyden 19: Kirsten Zemke scored 10 points to lead a balanced attack for the Mustangs (11-5, 4-3 West Suburban Gold).
Fenton 47, Westmont 36: Taylor Pugliese put up 15 points as Fenton moved to 10-8 on the season.
Fremd 61, Conant 28: Ashley McConnell scored 23 points to power the attack of the No. 4 Vikings (14-3, 3-1 Mid-Suburban West).
Grant Park 46, Wilmington 41: Corryn Poby had 14 points and Stacy Lorenz added 10 as Grant Park edged Wilmington.
Morgan Park 72, Milwaukee Vincent (Wis.) 70, OT: In Racine, Wis., Kendyl Nunn scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Mustangs (11-6). Marsha Howard recorded a double-double of 14 points and 14 rebounds, and Bh'rea Grifin added 12 points and eight assists. Shami Goodman contributed 13 points.
Naperville Central 53, Wheaton North 48: Emma Donahue scored 18 points and Jill D'Amico added 16 points for the Redhawks (10-7, 4-1 DuPage Valley).
Plano 48, Somonauk 47: Temira Ellis scored 15 points and Clarissa Martinez added a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. She added four blocked shots. Tachae Miles added 12 rebounds for the Reapers.
St. Ignatius 53, Mt. Assisi 21: Gena Lenti (13 points) and Mattisyn Perak (nine points) led St. Ignatius (11-7, 3-3 GCAC).
Thornwood 72, Eisenhower 30: Tashea Tinglin had 16 points with five steals. Arielle Miree also scored 16.
Timothy Christian 52, Illiana Christian 33: Tessa Bosman scored 14 points and Cassidy Block added 13 points and six rebounds for the Trojans.
West Chicago 60, Glenbard East 35: Laura Panicali had a double-double of 13 points and 10 boards for West Chicago (11-5).
Wilowbrook 42, Proviso East 35: Molly Krawczykowski had 14 points and seven rebounds and Colleen Krawczykowski added 13 points. Anita Sterling added nine points for the Warriors
Willows Academy 39, Lake Forest 37: Monica Hinderer finished with 13 points and eight rebounds. Becca Krupowitz had 11 points in the close win.
Young 82, Rufus King (Wis.) 61: In the Battle of the Border shootout in Racine, Wis., Linnae Harper had 29 points and 22 rebounds for the top-ranked Dolphins (14-0). Janee Thompson added 22 points and seven rebounds.
