Homewood-Flossmoor 49, Sandburg 35: Amena Brent led No. 20 Homewood-Flossmoor with 18 points and 11 boards.
De La Salle 53, Seton 49: Renee Jones scored 16 points to help De La Salle move to 10-4 on the year.
Grayslake Central 36, Johnsburg 19: Morgan Dahlstrom scored 13 points.
Oswego East 50, Batavia 44: Sami Villarreal led the Bulldogs in scoring with 12 points. Katie Ryan had 11 points, while playing through foul trouble. Miranda Grizaffi added 7 points.
Rich Central 53, Shepard 29: Alex Stanford had 10 points and 10 assists as Rich Central moved to 15-4 on the year.
Stagg 36, Oak Forest 30: Casey McMahon's 13 points were a team-high for Stagg.
