Harper 45, Fenger 28: Fahkima Anderson turned a team-high 18 points for the Cardinals.
Phillips 54, Lindblom 39: Zemoria Jeringan (17 points, four assists, three steals) and Asia Jones (15 points, eight rebounds, four steals) played well on both ends of the court to power Phillips (10-5).
North Lawndale 47, Hope 38: Tymeko Talbert's 12 points helped give North Lawndale the edge over Hope.
Brooks 35, Julian 15: Nakia Wash had 13 points for Brooks.
Curie 36, DuSable 23: Cailyn Manning had a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds to go with five blocked shots.
DUNDEE-CROWN
Mother McAuley 65, Dundee-Crown 45: Alyssa Siwek scored 16 points for Mother McAuley (8-6).
HILLCREST
Harlan 51, Rich South 49: Linda Brown scored 14 points, dished out three assists, had three steals and sank the game-winning free throws to help the Falcons (11-2) narrowly defeat Rich South.
Stagg 51, Simeon 47, OT: Alexa Janus scored 20 points to help Stagg (5-4) move above .500 after the overtime win.
HOLY TRNITY
Cristo Rey 43, Christ the King 40: Luisa Franco and Ivonne Duran each had 12 points in the close Cristo Rey (8-5) win.
Hope Academy 48, Holy Trinity 21: Khadijat Dosunmu (17 points) and Alex Canning (12 points) powered the Hope Academy offense as the team moved to 10-4.
LINCOLN-WAY EAST
Lincoln-Way North 49, Lincoln Park 35: Taylor Boardman dropped 23 points and grabbed nine boards. Sam Pietruszynski added 13 points for Lincoln-Way North (12-2).
LOYOLA
Proviso East 48, Loyola 40: Jakeisha Wells had a double-double of 15 points and 10 boards. Demetria Watson added 13 points for No.13 Proviso East (13-2).
MONTINI
St. Joseph 73, Oak-Park River Forest 64: Donna Koerber finished with 21 points for No.25 St. Joseph.
Marian Catholic 64, Bogan 47: Fellow Spartans Ashton Millender and Teniya Page each scored 15 points.
Montini 61, Westinghouse 23: Kateri Stump led No.11 Montini (13-3) with 22 points.

South Elgin 61, Plainfield East 49: Becca Smith sparked the South Elgin Storm with 20 points in the game.
West Chicago 72, Aurora Christian 50: Claire Monroe scored a team-high 20 points to in the West Chicago (7-4) win, which Monroe to 1,005 points thus far in her high school career.
ST. VIATOR
Elmwood Park 61, Leyden 41: Olga Lipiszko (23 points), Joanna Bukowinski (13 points) and Ade Maron (12 points) led the Tigers offense.
STATE FARM (BIG)
Maine South 56, Normal Community 18: Jacqui Grant had 13 points and Nina Duric nine points with nine boards to take No.8 Maine South to 14-1.
TAFT
Clemente 66, Roosevelt 45: Sydali Calderon scored 16 points and Jordan Whitaker scored 13 for Clemente (9-1).
WHEATON NORTH
Glenbrook South 51, Glenbard North 30: Molly McDonagh scored 12 points and Colleen McDonagh scored 10 as the No.20 Titans moved to 12-2 on the season.
