Bartlett 71, Schaumburg 35: No.6 Bartlett (14-0) received key contributions from Haley Videckis (13 points, six rebounds), Kristan Conniff (12 points, five rebounds), and Lisa Palmer (10 points, eight rebounds).

Trinity 53, St. Francis 14: Megan Podkowa had 19 points and Taylor Nazon added 10 to help No. 9 Trinity (9-1) to an easy win.

Niles West 45, Stevenson 40: Jewell Loyd 23 points led the way for No. 13 Niles West (13-1). Liz Troyk and Alex Galanopoulos 8 points each.

Proviso East 49, Barrington 47: Stacey Welch (20 points, six assists, five steals) and Kalea Park (14 points, eight rebounds) had strong games for No. 18 Proviso East (10-2). Demetria Watson also added five points, including the game-winning shot.

Loyola 47, Lake Zurich 40: 14 points apiece from Anna Schuler and Micelle Ricolcol helped No. 19 Loyola (10-2) to the win.

Ag. Science 34, Fenger 13: Carly Trinley (10 points, eight rebounds, nine steals) and Kate Patnett (seven points, seven rebounds) turned in strong performances for Ag. Science (8-2, 8-1 Chicago South).

Carmel 53, Niles North 39: Sarah McHugh (14 points), Kathleen Felicell (13 points) and Cassidy Kloss (12 points) led a balanced Carmel attack.

Chicago Academy 62, Sullivan 31: Doly Roman led the way for Chicago Academy (11-3, 8-2 Chicago North) with 37 points and 12 rebounds.

Chicago Math & Science 55, Little Village 7: Imani Gladden led Chicago Math & Science with 31 points and six assists. Miesha Smith added 12 points.

Douglass 73, Marine 50: Douglass (8-1 7-1 Metro West) got big games from Razen Lewis (22 points, seven rebounds) and Darriniane Sarabia (19 points, four steals). Jelequa Williams added 12 points, nine assists and four steals.

Elmwood Park 37, Maine East 33: Elmwood Park (4-9) got 12 points apiece from Ade Maron and Olga Lipiszko.

Grayslake North 33, Crystal Lake Cent. 19: Kendall Detweiler led Grayslake North with 12 points.

Guerin 49, Fenton 41: Kalie DiNunno had 19 points and Jackie Bartnicki added 13 to lead Guerin.

Harper 37, Bowen 24: LaQuesha Carter and Shamkia Andrews each had 14 points for help keep Harper undefeated (9-0, 9-0 Metro South).

Libertyville 47, Zion-Benton 46: Alex Haley led Libertyville with 17 points.

Lincoln-Way North 47, Oak Lawn 28: Lincoln-Way North (10-2) was led by Sam Pietruszynski (17 points) and Ashley Weringa (14 points).

Lindblom 57, Washington 15: Lindblom (11-4, 8-1) had a balanced attack, getting 18 points from Effina Jackson, 15 points from Doneisha Hawkins and 10 points from Elizabeth Toye.

Payton 74, Roosevelt 11: Olivia Jones (17 points) and Cameron Pettigrew (16 points) helped Payton (11-3, 9-1 Chicago North) cruise to the win.

Palatine 39, Deerfield 27: Nia Pappas led Palatine with 22 points and nine rebounds.

Proviso West 68, Fenwick 65, OT: Candice Madison had 19 points, and Jasmie Jackson had 18, to help Proviso West 8-7) pull off the upset.

Rich East 48, Simeon 39: Danielle king had 18 points and nine rebounds to lead Rich East. Gelina Webb added nine points and six steals.

South Shore 37, Corliss 36: South Shore (5-5, 5-5 Chicago South) got solid contributions from Tyneisha Wilburn (16 points, 4 blocks) and Brianna Samuels (12 points, 12 rebounds).

St. Joseph 55, Bishop McNamara 44: St. Jospeh (9-2, 2-1 East Suburban Catholic) got standout performances from Donna Koerber (23 points, 14 rebounds, four steals) and Briya Wilborn (18 points, six rebounds).

Taft 59, Prosser 29: Kyra Vidas led Taft (12-2, 8-1 Chicago North) with 19 points. Anna Gawlik added 12.

Willows 48, Mather 17: Monica Hinderer had 15 points and grabbed 14 rebs, and Keelin McNally added 12 points and seven steals to help keep Willows (8-0) undefeated.
