Bloom 72, Thornwood 68, 3OT: Bria Gaines had a double-double of 21 points and 15 boards.

Christ the King 52, Hope Academy 49: Jada Wilson had 18 points and Claray Jordan had 12 for Christ the King (5-2, 3-1 Chicago Prep).

Downers South 43, Rockford Lutheran 40: Allison Dec scored 15 points to go with Kaitlyn Kubel's 10 to help put Downers South (8-3) over the top in the narrow win over Rockford Lutheran.

Dwight 44, Clifton Central 36: Lisa Bruner put up 12 points and 14 boards for Dwight (3-9).

Grayslake Central 38, Carmel 31: Skyler Jessop powered the Grayslake Central offense with 16 points.

Harlan 49, Schaumburg 46: Linda Brown (19 points, five rebounds, three steals) and Joshona Wimbish (seven points, 10 rebounds, four steals) helped take the Falcons to 10-2 on the season.

Lake Forest 50, Deerfield 48: Annie Keller scored 16 points, Mary Striedl scored 14 points and Ali Danneker scored 12 points in the Lake Forest win.

Lincoln-Way North 51, Richards 16: Ashley Weringa put up 14 points as Lincoln-Way North (9-2) routed Richards.

Niles North 50, Wheeling 42: Alissa Hirsh had 16 pts and teammate Mariyah Henley had 14 points with 15 rebounds.

Rich East 63, Evergreen Park 30: Gelina Webb had 15 points with seven assists and Danielle King had 14 points with five steals to lead the Rockets.

Vernon Hills 49, Lake Park 36: Sydney Smith (12 points, five rebounds) and Meri Bennett-Swanson (10 points, five rebounds, three blocks) led Vernon Hills.

Warren 44, Palatine 28: Jessica Prince had 16 points with 10 rebounds and Alexis Leneau had 12 points.
