Romeoville 74, Plainfield North 54: No. 16 Romeoville (7-0, 3-0 Southwest Prairie) was led by Kiera Currie (17 points, 13 rebounds), Angelica Osusky (17 points) and Abby Smith (13 points, eight assists).

Argo 70, Bremen 30: Argo (3-3, 1-2) was fueled by Rana Assie's 21 points.

Aurora Christian 50, Marian Central 45, OT: Alyssa Henzel led Aurora Christian (6-4, 2-1 Suburban Christian Gold) with 21 points and 13 rebounds.

Cary-Grove 43, Crystal Lake South 25: Cary-Grove's Olivia Jakubicek scored 15 points.

Chicago Richards 28, Hubbard 27: Marquita McDonald scored 15 points to help put Chicago Richards (6-0, 6-0 Chicago Central) over the top against Hubbard.

Curie 50, Raby 35: Curie (8-2, 6-0 Chicago Central) was led by Caelynn Allen-Manning (15 points, eight rebounds, five blocks) and Christina Griffin (11 points, eight rebounds, four steals).

DuSable 67, Hyde Park 54: DuSable (5-6, 1-2 Windy City Central) was powered by Dianne Seles (23 points), Tiarra Webb (16 points, four assists) and Djonae Reed (11 points).

Foreman 45, Kelvyn Park 17: Natalie Rivera, Dominique Baker, Diamond Davis and Stacey Ramond each scored nine points for Foreman (4-8, 3-3 Metro North).

Huntley 41, Prairie Ridge 31: Sam Andrews had 10 points and four rebounds with teammate Abbey Shaw scoring 11 points in the Huntley (6-2, 2-0 Fox Valley Valley) win.

Kennedy 49, Kelly 27: Selena Lopez had 14 points and Erin Maca had 11 to lead Kennedy (5-2).

King 56, Hope 54 OT: Keesha Simspon (28 points, 10 rebounds), Destiny Davis (14 points, 13 rebounds) and Sylvia Neal (11 points, 10 assists) came together to carry King (7-4, 1-1 Windy City Central) to a close, overtime win.

Lemont 46, Evergreen Park 22: Courtney Toth scored 15 points and Kelsey Motto had 10 points for Lemont (3-6).

Prospect 75, Wheeling 70, OT: In the tightly-contested matchup, Prospect (8-3, 2-0 Mid-Suburban East) was led by Adriane Falagario's 29 points.

Rowe-Clark 50, Noble Street 20: Rowe-Clark (5-1, 3-0 Noble Sports) was led by Nisha Pierce (15 points, six steals) and Courtney Thomas (10 points, four rebounds, four steals).

St. Charles East 62, Elgin 40: Michelle Vycral topped the team with 15 points in the St. Charles East win.

St. Edward 54, St. Francis 42: Alex Lee scored 14 points and picked up 12 rebounds to bring St. Edward to 7-3 for the year.

Schaumburg 64, Hoffman Estates 38: Amanda Kelly had 24 points and three steals. Jada Blackwell added 16 points.

Resurrection 55, Lane 33: Alyssa Ruehl scored 18 points and Liz Rehberger had 12 points for Resurrection (6-5).

Taft 64, Sullivan 27: Cassie Prusko had 12 points and Alicia Gomez had nine points for Taft (8-1, 5-0 Chicago North).
