Trinity 55. Regina 18: Megan Podkowa scored 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds for No. 4 Trinity (4-0, 2-0 GCAC Red). Mikayla Leyden had eight points, while Lauren Prochaska added seven points and eight rebounds for the Blazers.

Homewood-Flossmoor 56, Rich Central 40: Danielle Woolfolk lifted the No. 23 Vikings to victory.

Dyett 55, Hubbard 50, OT: Korea Meave paced Dyett (5-4, 3-1 Metro Central) with 20 points and Stephanie Robinson had 17 points.

Holy Trinity 39, Maria 17: Wayneshia Frazier scored a game-high 26 points for Holy Trinity (3-2).

Hope 41, Raby 39: Barbara Carruthers had 18 points and 10 rebounds for Hope (7-2). Tyneko Halbert also reached double figures with 10 points.

Kaneland 47, IMSA 31: Ashley Prost and Allyson O'Herron both scored 11 points for Kaneland (6-1).

Payton 33, Mather 27: Kara Rodby led the Grizzlies (5-2, 3-0 Chicago North) with nine points.

Prospect 61, St. Viator 39: Maura Benson put up 14 points and 11 rebounds for Prospect (6-3). Taylor Will added 13 points.

Queen of Peace 51, Evergreen Park 40: Hannah Lipman paced the Pride with 14 points and seven boards.

Rich South 62, Phillips 44: CIErra Garrett (16 points, eight steals), DeAsie Garrett (14 points, six steals) and Kiela Garner (11 points, 11 rebounds) carried Rich South (7-1) to the win.

Universal 54, Islamic Foundation 5: Mariam Ahmad dominated the paint with 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Ronya Kawji and Haneen Balouta both scored 10 points.

Von Steuben 60, Senn 33: The undefeated Panthers (4-0) cruised past Senn as Joclyn Parks netted a team-high 19 points and Norienna Dichosa and Nina Hatter each scored 13 points.

Westmont 46, Bloomington 27: The Sentinels' Suzie Sternard starred offensively with 16 points.
