Homewood-Flossmoor 70, Joliet Central 55: Sydni Johnson finished the night with 14 points. Jalyn Willis and Lauren Parker each added 11 points as No.10 Homewood-Flossmoor moved to 20-7.
Andrew 44, Lincoln-Way West 31: Meghan McHale put up 16 points and Tiana Karopoulos put up 13 for Andrew.
Eisenhower 64, Shepard 48: Shavonne Lewis (18 points), Bobbie Edmondson (14 points) and Jamillia Jones (13 points) joined forces to take Eisenhower (8-14) to victory.
Hinckley-Big Rock 65, Indian Creek 12: The duo of Kaitlin Phillips (17 points) and Katie Hollis (16 points) led the Hinckley-Big Rock offense in the rout of Indian Creek.
Latin 48, Holy Trinity 25: Caroline Kaplan totaled 12 points for the Romans.
Metea Valley 51, St. Charles North 34: Anna Petersen scored 17 points and Lori Obenidorf scored 16 for the Mustangs.
Oak Lawn 62, Argo 40: Brooke Annerino scored 18 points and Jannah Mahmoud scored 11 as Oak Lawn moved to 17-8.
Seton Academy 53, Morgan Park Academy 22: Ebony Bailey's 14 points coupled with Desiree Jackson's double-double of 13 points and 12 boards to pilot the Sting.
T.F. North 76, Lemont 42: Sharee greenlee led T.F. North (17-9, 13-0 South Suburban Blue) with 24 point. The supporting cast of Schenia Battle, Sabrina Montgomery and Chardae Greenlee each scored 12 points.
Thornwood 50, Thornton 40: Aliyah Owens' 14 points made the difference for Thornwood.
