Trinity 58, Lyons 23: Megan Podkowa (18 points, 10 rebounds), Mikayla Leyden (11 points, seven assists), Shannon McGinnis (10 points, eight rebounds) teamed up to take No.3 Trinity to 26-1 on the season.
Lincoln-Way East 52, Lockport 35: Taylor Johnson led the Griffins scoring with 23 points. Caitlin McMahon logged a double-double of 12 points and 12 boards for No.11 Lincoln-Way East (23-3).
Andrew 66, Thornwood 49: Tiana Karopulos put up 20 points and Georgia Alexakos put up 12 as Andrew (16-8, 10-3 SouthWest Suburban Red) took down Thornwood.
Homewood-Flossmoor 57, Lincoln-Way Central 29: Amena Brent registered a double-double of 14 points and as many rebounds. Fellow Viking Danielle Woolfolk added 17 points.
Hope Academy 71, Tepyac 42: Alexandra Canning scored 20 points and Khadijat Tosunmou scored 14 as Hope Academy moved to 14-10 on the year.
Ida Crown 57, Roycemore 17: Courtney Rosenfeld totaled 19 points.
Jones 52, Amundsen 16: Imani Ford (11 points) and April Gordon (10 points) led the Jones (11-16) offense in this rout.
Latin 58, Parker 17: Caroline Kaplan scored 16 points and Nikki Dizon scored 15 points for the Romans.
Minooka 35, Joliet Catholic 33: Emily Knaub had a team-high 12 points for the Indians in their narrow win.
Newark 66, Mooseheart 8: Taylor Rehberg had 11 points and Abbey Akre had 10 points as Newark trounced Mooseheart.
North Shore 38, St. Scholastica 37: Kim Kahnweiller totaled 16 points as the Raiders escaped with a win.
Stagg 59, Bradley-Bourbonnais 42: Revi McMahon (19 points) and Kara Pietrowski (14 points) joined forces to power Stagg: (19-5, 12-1 Southwest Suburban Red).
Stevenson 56, North Chicago 35: Katie Batman had 14 points for the Patriots (21-7).
T.F. North 88, Bremen 38: Sharee Greenley scored 21 points as T.F. North (16-9, 12-0 South Suburban Blue) rolled over Bremen.
UIC Prep 54, Talent 22: Symphony Frazier finished with a team-high 25 points for UIC Prep (15-2). Ashley Smith added 15 points and Elizabeth Bell added 10.
Walther Lutheran 33, Wheaton Academy 28: Scroring 12 points each, Isimeme Edeko and Melanie Ransom helped the Broncos get past Wheaton Academy in the close contest.
