Bartlett 65, Lake Park 51: No.8 Bartlett (24-1) cruised to the win behind Haley Videckis's 21 points and 16 rebounds.

Guerin 43, Marian Central 28: The Bartnicki sisters were crucial in the Guerin (25-3, 9-1) win. Jackie scored 16 points and Rebecca finished with 11. Sara Brodner chipped in 10 points, 11 boards, and blocked four shots.

Hoffman Estates 40, Conant 36: Becca Stoczynski dropped 14 points on Conant in the hard-fought win.

Josephinum 41, Notre Dame 25: Alexis Thompson's 13 points were enough for Jospehinum (5-8) to knock off the Dons.

Julian 49, Kenwood 41: Alexus Washington was the driving force behind Julian's Public League playoff win, finishing with 14 points and nine rebounds.

Montini 53, Fenwick 47: Tianna Brown scored 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in the No. 9 Broncos (24-5) victory.

Oak Lawn 57, Eisenhower 50: LaTondra Brooks paced Oak Lawn (15-8, 6-5 South Suburban Red) to the win with 15 points.

Plainfield East 59, Minooka 42: Faith Suggs poured in 16 points in the victory for Plainfield East (18-7).

Plainfield North 55, Plainfield South 32: Carlie Corrigan had a dominating 21-point, 12-rebound performance for Plainfield North (4-18, 2-10).

Proviso West 51, Downers North 27: The Panthers (19-9, 9-3 West Suburban Silver) topped the Trojans behind Mikaela Boyd's 20 points and Taylor Pate's 16 points.

Resurrection 58, De La Salle 43: Liz Rehberger led the Resurrection (13-14) offense with 18 points and five assists. Alyssa Ruehl added 13 points.

Rowe-Clark 53, UIC Prep 48: Nisha Pierce helped carry Rowe-Clark (17-6) to the Noble Sports League tournament title, scoring 20 points in the big game.

St. Francis de Sales 45, Gordon Tech 39: Tyler Brown-Henderson dominated the boards, pulling down 14 rebounds. She also chipped in 11 points.

St. Joseph 57, Queen of Peace 33: The Chargers (18-10) easily defeated Queen of Peace behind Briya Wilborn's 21 points and Shaakera Jones's 12 points and six rebounds.

Streamwood 59, Elgin 36: Hannah McGlone (16 points) and Deja Moore (12 points) teamed up to knock off Elgin.

Yorkville 45, Kaneland 42: Alicyn Hester was instrumental in the hotly contested game, leading Yorkville (16-6, 5-4 Northern Illinois Big 12 East) with 15 points.
