Hillcrest 65, Oak Forest 44: Shannise Heady reached the 1,500-point mark with an 18-point performance for No.5 Hillcrest (21-3, 11-1 South Suburban Blue). Samirah Ali helped the cause with 14 points and six assists.

Homewood-Flossmoor 44, Sandburg 34: The No.10 Vikings moved past Sandburg as Danielle Woolfolk tallied 10 points.

Lincoln-Way East 56, Lincoln-Way Central 16: No.11 Lincoln-Way East (22-3) crushed Central behind Taylor Johnson's 15 points and five steals. Caitlin McMahon finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Meaghan McMahon chipped in 9 points.

Ellison 32, Cristo Rey 28: Rolanda Echols was a defensive force for Ellison (20-6), pulling down 15 rebounds and creating six steals. She also scored 11 points. Ashley Crockett also had a great defensive game with 10 rebounds and 11 blocks.

Julian 40, Robeson 31: Whitney Williams (16 points, four steals) was the spark for Julian (11-11) in the Chicago Public League playoff win.

Kenwood 56, Jones 45: Kristina Williams dazzled for Kenwood, finishing with 28 points in the Chicago Public League playoff victory.

Orr 48, Collins 43: Orr (13-10) was carried to the Chicago Public League playoff win behind Kara Phillips's 18 points. Kahdijah Williams chipped om 11 points.

Northside 41, Payton 37: Brianna Cirrincione led Northside (12-12) to the win with 17 points and seven rebounds.

Reed-Custer 55, Plano 50: Ashley Welch sparked Reed-Custer to the win with 16 points and eight rebounds. Caitlyn Welch did her part too, finishing with 13 points and eight boards.

Rich Central 62, Kankakee 35: The No.18 Olympians (22-6, 9-1 Southland Conference) earned the win thanks to the solid performance of Ariell Sneed, who dropped 26 points on Kankakee, and pulled down an impressive 15 rebounds.

Rich South 63, Rich East 53: Verneisha Anderson pulled down nine rebounds and blocked four shots, while Kiela Garner grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out seven assists for Rich South (18-5). Cierra Garret finished with six assists and four steals.

Rowe-Clark 44, Golder 28: Nisha Pierce exploded for 17 points while Kamari Campbell added 10 points in the Rowe-Clark victory.

Somonauk 47, Genoa-Kingston 32: Lauren Brummel had an impressive offensive effort for Somonauk (13-14), scoring 20 points and pulling down seven rebounds. Allison Humes chipped in 10 points and five rebounds.

Stagg 47, Thornwood 45: Revi McMahon (12 points) and Alexa Janus (10 points) were too much for the Thunderbirds as the Chargers (18-5, 11-1 Southwest Suburban Red) scraped by with the win.

Timothy Christian 47, Riverside-Brookfield 41: The duo of Jessa Bosman (13 points, eight rebounds) and Cassidy Block (12 points, 10 rebounds) was too much for the Bulldogs.

UIC 57, Comer 43: Symphony Frazier came up big for UIC (17-2), scoring 19 points. Fanteisha Bermudez poured in 15 points.
