Hillcrest 83, Lemont 31: Samirah Ali led the No. 5 Hillcrest (20-3, 10-1 South Suburban Blue) offense with 11 points and 10 assists.
Bartlett 80, South Elgin 54: Haley Videckis scored 23 points and teammate Kristin Conniff finished the game with 17 points and nine rebounds in the No.8 Bartlett (24-1, 9-1) win.
Lincoln-Way East 51, Sandburg 42: Caitlin McMahon’s 20 points led No.11 Lincoln-Way East (21-3, 8-2 SouthWest Suburban Blue).
Proviso East 70, Morton 25: Kalea Parks finished with 15 points in the No.16 Proviso East (19-7, 10-1 West Suburban Gold) win.
Romeoville 61, Plainfield North 46: Plainfield North had a tough night dealing with Kiera Currie, whose 26 points and 16 rebounds fueled No.24 Romeoville (19-3).
Lincoln-Way North 41, Andrew 29: Leigh LaRocco put up 15 points for the Phoenix.
Minooka 68, Plainfield South 40: Sam Wurtz and Sydney Lilly both had 12 points as Minooka (11-13, 7-4 Southwest Prairie) rolled over Plainfield South.
Parker 35, Morgan Park Academy 19: Reilly Bruce led Parker (9-15, 3-4 Independent School League) with 12 points.
Richards 57, Argo 33: Brianna LeBeau had 14 points for Richards (12-8, 6-4 South Suburban Red).
Riv.-Brookfield 62, Elmwood Park 48: Meghan Orgler scored a team-high 24 points and Hannah Claywell had 12 points in the Riverside-Brookfield (16-8, 8-2 Metro Suburban) win.
Stagg 68, Thornridge 31: Casey McMahon and Carrie Sinclair both had 10 points for (17-5, 10-1 SouthWest Suburban Red).

Quarterfinals
Young 80, Marshall 56: Linnae Harper had a double-double of 26 points and 12 rebounds. Alexis Lloyd added 15 points and six assists, while Janee Thompson had 12 points in the No.1 Young (24-0) win.
Phillips 52, Clark 37: Asia Jones had a solid overall performance with 13 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Zemoria Jernigan added 10 points.
Bogan 68, King 30: Latece Harris finished with 11 points and nine rebounds on the night for Bogan (19-7). China Davis had 11 points and eight rebounds.
Morgan Park 79, Crane 69: Kendyl Nunn totaled 23 points and Shami Goodman had 17 points with seven rebounds as Morgan Park moved to 18-7.

Ellison 52, Chicagoland Jewish 25: Rolanda Echols put up a double-double of 16 points and 13 rebounds while Breyana Jackson had double-double of 14 points and 15 rebounds in the Ellison (18-6) win.
