Young 72, Benton Harbor (Mich.) 35: No.1 Young continued their run to an undefeated season with an easy win in Michigan. Janee Thompson scored 24 points and dished out 10 assists as the Dolphins improved to 22-0. Linnae Harper added 18 points.

Bartlett 62, East Aurora 30: Haley Videckis put up 21 points, grabbed six rebounds and had five steals as No.6 Bartlett moved to 23-1 on the season. Kristin Conniff had 13 points and four assists while teammate Lisa Palmer had eight points, seven rebounds and four steals.

Lincoln-Way East 57, Buffalo Grove 38: Taylor Johnson finished with 15 points and seven steals for No.11 Lincoln-Way East. Caitlin McMahon added 16 points.

Fenwick 79, Barrington 61: Maggie Reilly (23 points), Merdith Boardman (14 points, 10 rebounds), Jade Owens (13 points, 10 assists) and Jay Mackowiak (12 points) joined forces to fuel No.13 Fenwick (19-6).

Glenbrook South 62, Lake Forest 37: No.19 Glenbrook South (19-5) was led by Colleen McDonagh (13 points) and Molly McDonagh (10 points) on offense.

Cary-Grove 36, McHenry 25: Paige Lincicum led Cary-Grove (14-8) with 11 points.

Glenbard West 46, Lyons 35: Ellen Nighbor (11 points) and Caitlin Soane (10 points) teamed up to power Glenbard West (8-14, 3-8 West Suburban Silver).

Guerin 46, Wheaton Academy 38: Guerin (22-3) got 25 points from Kalie Dinunno and rolled in a noncnoference matchup. Sara Brodner added 10 points, eight rebounds and four blocks, whle Rebecca Bartnicki scored eight points and pulled down eight boards.

Latin 38, Northside 28: Latin: Nikki Dizon's 15 points, five rebounds and five assists led Latin to the nonconference win. Bridget Cato added 10 points for the Romans.

Proviso East 72, Addison Trail 37: Kalil Parks put up 26 points and grabbed seven rebounds to power Proviso East (18-7). Demetera Watson scored 12 points in the blowout win.

Rowe-Clark 59, Bulls Prep 38: Nisha Pierce (27 points, eight rebounds, five steals) and Kamari Campbell (11 points, 12 rebounds, 11 steals) had strong overall performances in the Rowe-Clark (13-5, 12-1 Noble Sports) win.

Stagg 64, T.F. North 56, OT: Stagg (16-5) squeaked out an overtime win behind the scoring of Revi McMahon (20 points) and Alexa Janus (18 points).

Westmont 55, Riverside Brookfield 51: Amanda Anderson scored 17 points and Jackie Zakhem scored 15 as Westmont moved to 15-10.

New Trier 58, Marian Catholic 53: New Trier (17-7) pulled off their second win over a ranked opponents in a row with their narrow win over the Spartans. Jessica Blackwell led the Trevians with 20 points while Maggie Lyon added 12.

Trinity 44, Maine South 30: No.3 Trinity (21-1) cruised to the easy win behind Megan Podkowa's 18 points and 12 rebounds; Taylor Nazon added 14 points and six steals.
