Chicago Academy 42, Payton 41: Jieve Morris dropped 18 points on Payton in the winning effort.
Elk Grove 62, Larkin 36: The Grenadiers (12-10) pounded Larkin thanks to Diamond Boyd's 21 points and Amber Lindfors's 17 points.
Grayslake North 60, Lakes 42: The duo of Katie McGrath (14 points) and Kendall Detweiler (11 points) sparked a Grayslake North win.
Hope 47, Tilden 41: Khadijit Dasunmu scored 20 points to help lift Hope past Tilden. She received some help from Tanner Muzikowski, who had a solid 14-point performance.
Kennedy 30, Richards 27: Selina Lopez's 11 points was enough to give Kennedy the win in a low-scoring game. Sam Sizemore chipped in nine points.
Plainfield East 60, Plainfield South 22: Gabby Williams scored 13 points as Plainfield East cruised to the win. Faith Suggs added 10 points.
Providence 58, Johnsburg 35: Cassidy Glenn turned in a solid performance for Providence, scoring 21 points and grabbing eight boards. Alyssa Jurges also played well, finishing with 17 points.
Stevenson 45, Cary-Grove 43: Katie Batman was the hero for Stevenson (18-6), finishing with 18 points. Kari Moffat was an admirable sidekick, chipping in 11 points.
St. Viator 43, Regina 17: Lauren Rooney and Erin Fabbri each scored 12 to lead St. Viator (14-12).
Woodstock North 39, Crystal Lake Central 33: Haley Nutter's 12 points helped Woodstock North earn the hard-fought win.
