Young 79, North Lawndale 25: The No. 1 Dolphins (20-0, 8-0) won in the Windy City West as Linnae Harper had 15 points, 10 rebound and 10 steals, while Alexis Lloyd (15 points) and Janee Thompson (10 points) also finished in double-figures.
Marist 57, Resurrection 24: The No. 4 RedHawks (22-1) had 17 points each from JeTaun Rouse and Leah Bolton.
Lincoln-Way East 58, Lockport 23: Caitlin McMahon had 18 points, Taylor Johnson added 15 points, and Amy Jacobsen added 11 points for the No. 11 Griffins (17-2).
Fenwick 73, Buffalo Grove 48: The No. 13 Friars (17-5) won in the Sweet 16 as Meredith Boardman had 17 points, six rebounds, and four blocks while Jade Owens had 13 points, six assists. Maggie Riley also chipped in 13 points.
Bishop McNamara 49, Kankakee 45: Khadaizha Sanders had 20 points to lead Bishop McNamara (11-9) while Corinne O'Connor added 11 points.
Harlan 53, Brooks 35: Latisha Bennett had 14 points, Joshona Wimbish had 11 points, 11 rebounds and three steals, and Kasia Redding had eight points and 12 rebounds to lead Harlan.
Oak Forest 38, Crete-Monee 30: Kelly McEathron had 11 points and Katie Swanson added nine points for Oak Forest (14-7).
Orr 44, Chicago Math & Science 21: The Spartans (9-10, 4-9) won in the Chicago West as Chasity White had 14 points and Melissa Redman chipped in 11 points.
Phillips 60, Curie 43: Zemoria Jernigan had 23 points and six assists while Takyra Easley added 12 points and 10 assists for Phillips (18-5, 14-0). Ashley Seton added 12 points and six rebounds.
St. Francis de Sales 47, Gordon Tech 40: Tasia Harris had 14 points, and Tyler Brown-Henderson had 13 points for St. Francis de Sales (9-9, 2-2) in the GCAC White win.
Tilden 53, Harper 42: Keisha O’Neill had 42 points, 10 rebounds, and seven steals to lead Tilden (16-2, 10-2) in the Metro South.
Universal 34, St. Gregory 13: Ronya Kawji had 13 points and Mariam Ahmad had 10 points to lead Universal.
Willows 48, Luther North 37: Willows (17-1) won as Monica Hinderer had 18 points and eight rebounds while Becca Krupowitz had 11 points.
