Young 58, Clark 21: Khaalia Hillsman finished with eight points and eight rebounds as No.1 Young (18-0, 6-0 Windy-City West) continued its winning ways.
Bolingbrook 78, Lincoln-Way East 48: Morgan Tuck dropped 32 points on Lincoln-Way East and grabbed 20 rebounds as well to power No.2 Bolingbrook (14-1, 7-0 SouthWest Suburban Blue).
Hillcrest 75, Tinley Park 24: Shannise Heady's 18 points and Mariam Awoniyi's 14 points powered No.5 Hillcrest (18-2, 8-0 South Suburban Blue) in their blowout-win over Tinley Park.
Homewood-Flossmoor 71, Joliet Central 29: Dantelle Woolfolk (20 points) and Charnelle Reed (14 points) led the No. 18 Homewood-Flossmoor (13-6, 5-2) offensive attack.
Ag. Science 43, Julian 24: Allison Nash led Ag. Science (12-2, 9-2 Chicago South) with 17 points and five assists.
Andrew 47, Lincoln-Way West 30: Tiana Kardpulos had 13 points for Andrew (12-6, 6-1 SouthWest Suburban Red).
Ellison 43, Comer 12: Brandi Miner had 11 points, 11 rebounds and six steals as Ellison (17-5, 8-0 Chicago Prep) rolled over Comer.
Guerin 47, Marian Central 36: Rebecca Bartnicki scored 18 points to lead the Guerin (20-3, 6-1 Suburban Christian Gold) offense. Kalie Dinunno and Katyra Saunders added 10 points each.
Harper 56, ACE Tech 31: Taija McKinney had a team-high 15 points for the Cardinals.
IMSA 38, Mooseheart 27: Seneca Hutson had 10 points and four steals as IMSA (7-7) moved to .500 for the season.
Lindblom 62, Corliss 23: Elizabeth Toye scored 21 points in the Lindblom (15-6, 10-1 Chicago South) win. Effina Jackson added 14 points.
Longwood 48, Washington 17: Ahriel Fuller put up 14 points to lead the Longwood (16-5, 10-1, Chicago South) offense. Tabreea McCray had a double-double, scoring 11 points and dominating the boards with 16 rebounds.
Lyons 46, York 44, OT: Colleen Connors scored 16 points and Ashanti Davis scored 10, including the game-winning shot for Lyons (12-6, 5-3 West Suburban Silver).
Oak Forest 49, Bremen 22: Emily Naegele scored 20 points to propel Oak Forest (12-7, 7-1 South Suburban Blue) to victory.
Queen of Peace 56, Mount Assisi 54, OT: Hannah Lipman led Queen of Peace (4-15) with 22 points.
Raby 72, Dunbar 65: Angel Eaton had a double-double of 14 points and 10 boards. Ashley Dorsey added 10 points in the Raby (14-5, 8-5 Chicago Central) win.
Rich East 60, Crete-Monee 53: Danielle King ignited the Rockets with 30 points and five assists. Teammate Makeba Elliott added 14 points and five rebounds.
Richards 59, Oak Lawn 52: Brianna LeBeau had a 23-points performance and Hannah Jenkins contributed 13 points for Richards (9-7, 4-4 South Suburban Red).
Romeoville 52, Plainfield South 20: Brianna Harris (18 points), Anjelic Osusky (10 points) and Kiera Currie (nine points, 10 rebounds) fueled Romeoville (16-3, 7-1 Southwest Prairie).
Stagg 40, Lincoln-Way North 37: Casey McMahon's 14 points made the difference for Stagg (11-5, 5-1 SouthWest Suburban Red) in the narrow victory.
Timothy Christian 44, Chicago Christian 41: Cassidy Black had 20 points and seven rebounds as Timothy Christian moved to 14-5 on the season.
Vernon Hills 73, North Chicago 47: Meri Bennett-Swanson finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds and Sydney Smith had 13 points and eight rebounds for Vernon Hills.
Willows 50, North Shore 19: Bridgid Walsh totaled 13 points and Monica Hinder had 12 in the Willows (17-0, 5-0 Independent School League) rout of North Shore.
