Glenbard West knocks out Lake Park

Adam Lepold had 12 kills, seven blocks and four digs Tuesday to lead Glenbard West past Lake Park 25-22, 25-22 in the Schaumburg Sectional final.

The Hilltoppers (32-7) also had seven kills and two blocks from Ian Lawson, three kills and four blocks from Scottie Thomas, 17 assists, two aces and two digs from Alex Emanuel and 10 digs and two aces from Kevin McGinnis.

Glenbard West will play St. Rita at 5 p.m. Friday in the state quarterfinals at Hoffman Estates.
