Brother Rice d. Marist 26-24, 25-10: Mitch Wieler and Joe Pochinskas each had six kills while Dan Dwyer had 19 assists.

Elk Grove d. Palatine 25-13, 25-12: Aaron Kraus had 10 kills and Mike Kawa had seven.

Lyons d. York 25-20, 25-18: Kevin McMahon had eight kills.

Niles West d. Evanston 25-22, 25-17: Eli Gelfand had seven kills and Daniel Gillespie had six for Niles West (20-14).

Oak Forest d. Lemont 25-21, 25-22: Kevin Staehlin had 12 assists, Kyle Hullinger had seven kills and Matt McKeoun had 10 digs for Oak Forest.
