Conant 2-3, New Trier 1-8, game 1 9 inn.: Briana Cavin gave up one earned run on six hits and struck out five while going the distance in Game 1 for No. 10 New Trier. Megan Neuhaus was 3-for-4 with a double, three RBI and a run scored in Game 2 for No. 1 Conant.

Glenbard North 4, Elmwood Park 0: Winning pitcher Lilly Fecho (24-2) gave up two hits in five innings pitched and went 1-for-3 with a home run from the plate. Alexis Simone was 1-for-2 with a home run for No. 2 Glenbard North (31-2).

Benet 6-9, Marian Catholic 3-1: Stephanie Abello cranked three homers for No. 20 Benet (31-4).

Loyola 1, Fenwick 0: Nina Puch was 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored while Jamie Kiefer (16-3) pitched the win for Loyola (20-7).

Marist 9, Joliet Catholic 2: Brooke Wyderski finished with a home run and four RBI while Haly Richy added three RBI for Marist (20-15).

Montini 10, St. Ignatius 9: Morganne Evans was 1-for-4 with a home run and four RBI while Lauren Trojnar was 3-for-5 with two runs scored and two stolen bases for Montini (21-10).

Mother McAuley 5, Naperville Central 2: Micaela Carney was 3-for-4 with three RBI for Mother McAuley (22-10).

Riverside-Brookfield 1, Downers North 0: Kylie O’Connel (18-6) gave up three hits in a complete-game win. Kiley Rusen was 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored for Riverside-Brookfield (24-7).

CLASS 2A REGIONAL FINALS

Gordon Tech 12, Latin 2: Mika Morgan was 3-for-4 with an RBI and two run scored, Murielle Vansache had a home run, two RBI and three runs scored and Jazmyn Lopez was 3-for-4 with an RBI and two run scored for Gordon Tech (22-8).
