Glenbard North 2-6, Glenbard West 1-1: Lilly Fecho (21-2) gave up a run and three hits in a complete-game performance while Stephanie Campos and Heather Sperlazzo each went 1-for-3 with an RBI in Game 1. Sarah Petzold was 1-for-3 with two RBI and winning pitcher Lindsey Cherry (7-0) went the distance in Game 2 for No. 1 Glenbard North (28-2, 10-2 DuPage Valley).

Marengo 7, Huntley 2: Lindsay Melson (18-5) struck out ten on the way to a complete game and Reed Karsten had two triples and three RBI for No. 13 Marengo (28-5).

Aurora Central 14, Somonauk 12: Mary Kate Gosselin was 3-for-5 with a double, four RBI and three runs scored for Aurora Central.

Benet 9-8, Joliet Catholic 1-0: Molly Moran picked up the win in game one for No. 4 Benet while Mave McGuire jacked a homer. It was deja vu in game two, Moran with the win and McGuire with the homer.

Downers South 3, Hoffman Estates 0: The Trojans shut out Hoffman Estates behind a complete game from Aisha Bozek. She allowed only four hits while going 3-for-4 with a run scored.

Metea Valley 11-12, Hinsdale Central 0-2: Alise Parna (2-for-2) sparked the Metea Valley offense.

New Trier 3-7, Elk Grove 0-1: Game 1 Eileen Hurley knocked in the game-winning run in the first contest. Jessica Petzleff was 2-for-3 with an RBI and Hurley had three RBI in the second game for New Trier (25-4).

Plainfield South 5, Waubonsie Valley 3: Whitney Lanphier cranked a homer and three RBI for Plainfield South (21-8).
