Glenbard North 3, WW South 0: Glenbard North ace Lilly Fecho (20-2) threw a one-hitter for the No. 1 Panthers (26-2, 10-2 DuPage Valley).
Richards 18, Eisenhower 0: Sara Tobin (3-for-4, three-run home run), Dana Cummings (2-for-4, two-run home run) and Nicole Ellement (4-for-4, RBI) sparked the No. 3 Bulldogs (26-2, 18-0 South Suburban Red) offensive explosion.
Benet 11, St. Viator 0: Stephanie Abello blasted a grand slam for No. 4 Benet.
Marengo 9, North Boone 0: Stephanie Cartwright finished the evening with a homer and four RBI for No. 13 Marengo (26-5). Winning pitcher Lindsay Melson went four innings and struck out nine.
Beecher 4, Providence 2: Sarah Crews was 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI for No. 16 Beecher (27-3).
Bartlett 1, Neuqua Valley 0: Amanda Monteriand scored the only run and Sydney Johnson had the RBI for No. 19 Bartlett (24-3).
Antioch 14, Lake Forest 0: Katie Keefe was a one-girl wrecking crew with four hits (including a home run and triple), six RBI and a stolen base. Hannah Skoog went 2-for-3 with four runs and a pair of steals while Mackenzie Thomas belted a triple.
Brooks 9, Ag. Science 2: Mari Hooper (7-4) gave up three hits and struck out nine on the way to a complete game. Hooper also went 2-for-3 with three RBI from the plate and Jessica Martinez added two RBI for Brooks (11-8, 7-7 Red South).
Crystal Lake Central 11, Johnsburg 2: Shannon Ellman pitched a complete game, allowing two earned runs, three hits and striking out nine. Mikayla Tuszynski was 2-for-4 with a double and four RBI for Crystal Lake Central.
Downers South 4, Addison Trail 3, 8 inn.: Danielle Trezzo was 3-for-4 with a triple and run scored while Melissa Orton was 2-for-4 for Downers South (20-9, 8-2 West Suburban Gold).
Evergreen Park 7, Oak Lawn 6: Jenna Haase was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI as Maggie O’Toole was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI for Evergreen Park (19-9, 12-5 South Suburban Red).
Geneva 7, Streamwood 1: Searly was 4-for-4 with two doubles and four RBI for Geneva (13-15).
Lincoln-Way West 5, Lemont 2: Sam Magruder slapped three hits highlighted by a home run and Jess Kaemerer added three hits and triple to lead Lincoln-Way West.
Lisle 6, Wilmington 3: Melanie Early (15-2) went the distance allowing no earned runs and 10 hits for the Lions (23-3, 13-3 Interstate Eight). Kellie Brennan also was active with two hits, a run scored and two stolen bases.
Longwood 23, Morgan Park 14: Winning pitcher Armani Procter gave up three runs, struck out five and drove in five for Longwood.
Montini 20, Walther Lutheran 1: Lauren Trojnar dominated the action with a 4-for-4 effort at the dish while driving in four runs, scoring four times and stealing six bases. Shaylee Lewis finished 3-for-4 with a homer, double and three RBI for the Broncos (15-11, 11-4 Suburban Christian Blue).
New Trier 10, Maine South 0: Brigit Ieuter went five innings giving up one hit and striking out eight as well as jacking a two-run homer. Abby Boyd knocked added two RBI in the win.
Oak Park-River Forest 4, Lyons 2, 9 inn.: Valerie Candari drove in the game-winning run for Oak Park-River Forest (15-16).
Plainfield East 6, Oswego 0: Annie Molek gave up three hits in a complete-game performance for Plainfield East.
Regina 12, Chicago Notre Dame 1: Niki Richards gave up just one hit and fanned 11 while Sarah Baker was 2-for-3 with three RBI for Regina.
Shepard 3, Argo 1: Stephanie Brand and Jolene Killian had two RBI for Shepard (16-11).
Taft 13, Luther North 3: WP Katie Bargo also enjoyed a good day at the plate with three hits in three appearances. Chrissy Lord added three hits in four at-bats.
Warren 10, Wauconda 0: Jessica Demski went six innings and gave up two hits. Amy Ricci was 2-for-4 with a homer and four RBI in the Warren (28-4-1) shutout win.
